Super easy and delicious barbecue pulled pork sandwiches!
2 1/2 pounds pork shoulder roast
14 oz(1 bottle) barbecue sauce (I use Sweet Baby Ray's brand) 1 tbsp lemon juice(I use a tad more)
1 tsp brown sugar(I use a tad more)
1 medium onion, chopped(I don't use this because I don't like onion but if you do go for it!)
hamburger buns or hard rolls
Put the roast in a crock pot covered on HIGH 5-6 hours. Remove the roast, discard the liquid from the crock pot, shred the pork(I use 2 forks to do this). Place pork back in crock pot and add barbecue sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, and onion. Cover and cook on HIGH 1 hour or LOW 2 hours. Double the ingredients you get more leftovers! Good as the sandwiches, wraps, or just eat it with potato chips.
